In 2000, she began training to become a business coach and a professional speaker. Since then, she has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and business leaders in their pursuit of professional development.

While her training as a lawyer and lobbyist benefit her coaching efforts, she breaks free of the lawyer stereotypes with her dynamic approach to helping clients achieve results. She has more than 17 years of business experience that includes sales, marketing, customer service, training, and real estate, as well as government and corporate law.
A leader in her field, Heather was recognized by her peers as the #1 coach out of over 1,200 coaches in her company when she won the 2007 “Coaches’ Choice” award. Heather also serves on the North American franchise advisory board for ActionCOACH. She is the co-founder and president of her local ActionCOACH firm, which serves as a company-wide success story, as well as an internationally recognized leader among its peers. She was awarded the Action Man Global Award in 2005, Franchise of the Year in 2006, and Finalist for Top Performing Global Firm in 2006. Most recently, Heather was recognized as one of the top three trainers in the world and her firm was named North American Team Player of the Year at the 2007 ActionCOACH Annual Conference.
A committed member of the local business community, she is also a member of numerous local and state organizations. She currently serves on the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Public Issues Committee for the Chamber.
